HP Color Laserjet CP1518ni – This would be the alternative to the above printer. It is a most cost effective alternative. You can print 30,000 sheets a month with this printer, and still hold the same quality. This printer is priced at $250. The biggest difference between this printer and the one above is the speed to print. With this printer you will get speeds averaging at 12ppm at black and white and 8ppm at color printing.

Very Cost Effective (And yet it works great) – If you want a cheaper printer, look no further. You should go for the Samsung Clp-315w. This printer is priced at $190. It has a black exterior with the following features:  can print 20,000 sheets a month while remaining on the safe side, prints 16ppm in black and white and 4ppm in color. It can hold paper as big as 8.5inches by 14inches and has the capacity to hold 150 papers at a time.
